Equipping you with the knowledge and skills to understand your child's behaviour and build self-regulation skills in children and teens.

Parent Coaching can be funded under NDIS Capacity Building support.

Up-to-Date and
Non-Judgemental
Parent Support Sessions

Parent Consults are usually a one-off session of between 75-90 minutes. These private consultations are focused on education, as well as providing personalised and holistic techniques that you can use to improve communication and build self-regulation with your child or teen.

As part of these sessions, we may suggest referrals, assessments, or ongoing therapy.

Practical Parenting Advice

Some of the areas we can focus on in a Parent Consult include:

  • Managing challenging behaviour

  • Difficulties getting children to sleep

  • Child's developmental milestones

  • Technology and children

  • Child-led play

  • Self-care and support for you in your role as parent and caregiver.
